HOUSE RULES & GUEST ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and must remain at the property throughout the reservation.
A signed House Rules Acknowledgement is required before a reservation is finalized.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-In: 4:00 PM
• Check-Out: 11:00 AM
PARKING
• One covered parking space is provided.
• Additional parking may be available on the street where permitted.
• Vehicles parked illegally may be towed at the owner’s expense.
• Parking permit is located inside Condo 402 on the side of the refrigerator.
DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS
• Place all used sheets and bath towels only in the laundry bag provided.
• Do not place comforters, blankets, or bedspreads in the laundry bag.
• Bag all trash and place it in the dumpster in the parking area.
• Load dirty dishes into the dishwasher, add detergent, and start the wash cycle before departure.
• Return the parking pass to Condo 402 on the left side of the refrigerator.
HOUSE RULES
• No smoking or grilling anywhere on the property.
• No pets are permitted anywhere on the property.
• No parties or events.
• No illegal activities.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• Maximum occupancy may not be exceeded.
• Overnight guests not included on the reservation are not permitted.
• Keep the property and furnishings in good condition.
• Appliances must be used only for their intended purpose.
HOUSEKEEPING
• Daily housekeeping service is not provided.
• Bed linens and bath towels are included.
• Please bring your own beach towels.
• Towels and linens may not be removed from the condo.
POOL RULES
• Children under 15 must be supervised by an adult at all times while using the pool.
• Use of the pool and all amenities is at your own risk.
LIABILITY
Guests assume all risks associated with the use of the property and its amenities. The property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Guests agree to comply with all condominium and property management rules posted at the Marylander.
