To ensure a relaxing stay for all guests, Ocean City strictly enforces quiet hours between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Excessive or disruptive noise may result in complaints to local law enforcement at the discretion of neighboring guests or building management.

• No smoking is permitted inside the building or on the balcony/patio.
• Please treat all common areas with care and respect.
• Renters must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school or college groups are not permitted.
• All guests must be over 21 years old unless accompanied by at least one parent or legal guardian at all times.
• Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited within the unit or building.
