WELCOME

Welcome to O.C. Maryland Beach Vibes, your home away from home in beautiful Ocean City, Maryland. We are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable beach vacation experience. By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, which are designed to protect both our guests and our property while ensuring an enjoyable stay for everyone.

1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

• Reservations may be made directly with the Owner.

• Reservations are not confirmed until:

Payment is received
The rental agreement is signed

• Full payment is due at the time of booking.

• Rates and availability are subject to change until confirmed.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 21 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 21 days of arrival may be non-refundable.

• Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days.

3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

Check-In: 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

4. OCCUPANCY

Maximum occupancy is limited to the number of guests stated in the reservation.

5. HOUSE RULES

Guests shall not:

• Smoke inside the condo or on the balcony

• Host parties or events

• Engage in illegal activities

• Disturb neighbors or other guests

Guests are expected to treat the property, furnishings, and amenities with care and respect.

• No pets are permitted.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Minimum age to book: 25 years.

6. PARKING

One parking space is provided for guests.

Guests must comply with all condominium and parking regulations.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

O.C. Maryland Beach Vibes and the Owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or the loss of personal belongings that may occur during a guest’s stay, except where required by applicable law.

Guests accept full responsibility for their own safety and that of members of their party while using the property and its amenities, including balconies, elevators, stairways, parking areas, swimming pools, and nearby beach areas.

9. ENTRY RIGHTS

The Owner or authorized representatives may enter the property when reasonably necessary to protect the safety of guests, perform repairs or maintenance, address emergencies, or comply with condominium or legal requirements. Whenever practical, reasonable notice will be provided to guests before entry.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from a reservation or stay at O.C. Maryland Beach Vibes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland.
